“Growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together.” — James Cash Penney

At Rock Emergency, we stay continuously focused and dedicated to self-improvement to make sure that our customers get the emergency response they need to minimize damage and get on the path to restoration. During the past 10 years, that philosophy has helped us to significantly grow our business and increase the satisfaction rates for our clientele. This past year, our number of clients has grown so much that it has prompted us to expand our business, and we’re excited to let you know what you can expect from us in the near future!

In the restoration industry, having the right equipment is integral to the quality and efficiency of the job being done. Recently, we purchased a new building to better accommodate our equipment and growing team. Over the last few years, we’ve had such exponential growth that we outgrew our space, which prompted us to buy a second building, a large warehouse in Rochester. This new building means we’ll be capable of doing a lot more. In addition to gaining more storage space for fire-damaged items, we’ll have room to purchase more equipment for our restoration projects. We’ll be able to handle larger projects and we can add new, in-house training facilities. Our new training center will allow us to offer more staff training on safety, restoration, and cleaning. As our company continues to grow, our new building will be able to comfortably absorb additional staff.

Our team is a big part of the reason that we are able to do all that we do. When disaster strikes, our experts respond 24/7 to get your life back on track. We know how stressful and anxiety-producing emergencies can be, which is why we’ve taken particular care to assemble a team of qualified, professional technicians and employees, who will make the restoration process as smooth as possible. Over the past year alone, we have doubled our staff to be able to respond to multiple clients simultaneously. Our employees are certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC), NYS Department of Labor Asbestos Handling, EPA, and OSHA. Because we know disaster can happen anytime, we have technicians on call day and night so we can respond immediately to any emergency.

The growth of Rock Emergency is only getting started. Over the next few months, as we finalize our expansion into our new building, we intend to bring on more office and administrative staff to support our work in the field. Our office staff helps customers work with insurance companies, job plans, and scheduling in addition to performing all of our in-house office operations. Our plans over the next five years include adding an additional 20-30 employees as we expand our service area. That number may increase to 100 as we roll out service in the Albany and Syracuse communities.

As we continue to grow, we want to say thank you to all of our clients for choosing us in your time of need. Thank you for also turning to Rock Environmental--our division that deals with asbestos abatement and demolition. We are happy for the growth of both, our restoration and environmental divisions, and we look forward to all of the expansion to come. Please know that you can call us anytime at 844-ROCK-911 to have your questions answered, concerns addressed and a technician at your service right away.
