During the Holiday season, no one wants to or should have to deal with any sort of crisis. Unfortunately, disasters sometimes happen. In the spirit of giving back in this season, we recently provided a special gift to one of our clients. After an unfortunate experience with vandalism, their home was completely flooded.
They called us in to do flood restoration. Unfortunately, their insurance did not cover the costs of the clean-up, but we decided to conduct the work anyways. We simply couldn’t stand by and watch someone lose their home, at no fault of their own, when we had the chance to make an impact. Rock Emergency is guided by the principle that we are in this together. Instances like these impress on us the importance of our business in the lives of our clients.
We were happy to help this family this year and while we cannot do this regularly the result was great for the family, our team and our community. Happy holidays to all!
